• 65% Mesembrine (Stimulating alkaloid, primarily serotonin and dopamine release)

• 14% Mesembrenone (Calming alkaloid, primarily a serotonin re-uptake inhibitor)

• 2% Delta-7-Mesembrenone (Calming alkaloid, primarily a serotonin re-uptake inhibitor)

Dosage:

First Time Use:

Start with 25-75 mg to assess tolerance and effect. The fermented herb is significantly more concentrated than non-fermented forms, so a small amount is effective

Best Effects:

Use 100–300 mg daily, divided into 1–2 doses.

Effects can be felt quickly—so it's best to start on the lower end and adjust based on need. We recommend not exceeding 1000 mg (1 g) per day.
