At BioExtracts, we're dedicated to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday 08:00 to 17:00. We only dispatch orders Monday through Friday.

Here's what you need to know about our shipping process within the UK and to Europe:

UK Shipping:

Processing Time:

All orders are dispatched Monday through Friday. No orders are dispatched on weekends. That means if you place an order on Saturday, do not expect next day delivery.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation depending on time of order. If ordered before 12:00, your order will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders after 12:00 will be dispatched the following day.

Shipping Time:

Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout based on your UK location. Tracked 24 (Next Day Delivery) will delivered the following day provided the order is placed and paid for before 12:00. Any orders placed after 12:00, will be shipped the following day resulting in the delivery being 24 hours after shipping.

Tracked 48 is Royal Mail's economical shipping option. This takes 48 hours from dispatch. Again, any orders before 12:00 will be shipped that day and after 12:00, it will be dispatched the following day.

Shipping Partners:

We collaborate with trusted carriers like Royal Mail, FedEx and DHL for reliable shipping services. Note that items being sent to Northern Ireland will be sent via Royal Mail. They have proven to be reliable and cost effective.

Shipping Rates:

Costs are calculated by weight and destination and will be displayed at checkout.

Order Confirmation and Tracking:

Upon confirmation, you'll receive an email with order details and a tracking number.

European Shipping:

Shipping Partners:

For European shipments, we work with reputable carriers to ensure safe delivery. Currently our Logistics Partner is DHL.

Shipping Rates:

Costs are based on weight and destination, detailed at checkout. You do not have to commit to a purchase to see the shipping rates.

Customs and Import Duties:

Please note that customs or import duties may apply to European orders. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase or shipping price. The package value will not be reflected as what was paid for it. This is due to Customs having their own conditions for which they calculate the amount due.

For international orders, we work with reputable carriers to ensure safe delivery. Currently our Logistics Partner is DHL and FedEx or Royal Mail for an economical choice. Due to the vast number of couriers world wide, we will take into consideration a company of your choice. Please email us as soon as your order has been placed with the order number as the subject.

Customs and Import Duties:

Please note that customs or import duties will apply to all orders. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase or shipping price. The package value will not be reflected in what was paid for it. This is due to Customs having conditions for which they calculate the amount due. Unfortunately each Country has their own method of determining value and charge their own rates. We have seen Customs and Import Duties range from $1 to $11. The package value will not be reflected as what was paid for it. This minimizes these charges.
