5K Kanna Blend

Our 5K Kanna Blend is a combination of at least 5 different fermented kanna strains, both raw and fermented (not extracts). Total alkaloid content ranging from 1-2%

The combination of these five strains offers the “fullest” full spectrum profiles, because each strain has a different profile, and usually a few alkaloids unique to each strain.

Dosage:

First Time Use: 

Start with 50-100 mg to assess tolerance and effect.

Best Effects:

Use 200–500 mg daily, divided into 1–2 doses. Effects can be felt quickly - so it's best to start on the lower end and adjust based on need.

• Chew, hold under the tongue, or between the lip and gum for sublingual absorption.

• Mix with cool liquids or smoothies to maintain probiotic activity.

• The fluffy nature of this kanna makes it ideal as a smoking mix. 

Avoid heat if you're targeting the live probiotic benefit from fermentation.

Side Effects:

Side effects with Kanna are rare and usually related to dosage size. If you experience nausea, dizziness, or mild headaches, reduce the amount you are using until the side effects subside. In most cases, these effects are mild and dissipate as the body processes Kanna’s alkaloids.

Kanna in any form should not be combined with full doses of SSRIs or MAOIs due to the potential risk of serotonin syndrome. If you are in the process of tapering off these medications, it is advisable to do so under the guidance of a healthcare provider. We also suggest using standardized extracts in such instances for consistency.
